One simple discount
We don't discount individual orders. Instead we keep one simple loyalty program: every account pays the same fair wholesale price, and our highest-volume partners save automatically.
Accounts in good standing
Loyalty pricing is for accounts that pay within terms. If an account carries a past-due balance, we may hold loyalty pricing on new orders until the balance is brought current. You don't lose your qualification, and pricing resumes once the account is current.
When it takes effect
There are two paths into the program. Either way, you never wait for next January.
Example: an account that crosses $50,000 in July is added right away and gets loyalty pricing on every order for the rest of this year and all of next year.
